Night settled heavily over the city, wrapping it in a quiet darkness that felt almost deceptive. Beneath the calm sky, power moved like a silent predator.

Inside the Malhotra estate, Ekarsh Malhotra stood in the private study, staring at the message glowing on his phone.

We need to talk. Now.

- Rudraksh Vardan

Ekarsh exhaled slowly.

Rudraksh never sent messages like this unless something serious had happened.

He slipped his phone into his pocket and walked out into the courtyard. The cool night breeze brushed against his face, but it did nothing to calm the unease building in his chest.

For years, Rudraksh had been more than a friend. He was family.

But tonight... something felt wrong.

Across the city, in the towering Singhania mansion, Yanshvi Singhania sat alone in a vast room illuminated by a single chandelier.

The golden light reflected in her dark eyes.

Eyes that once held innocence.

Now they only held rage.

A photograph lay on the table in front of her

Her parents.

Her brother.

A family that no longer existed.

Her fingers slowly tightened around the frame.

"Ekarsh Malhotra..." she whispered coldly.

The name tasted like poison.

For years she had lived with one truth burned into her soul - that he was responsible for her family's destruction.

And the man who had told her that truth... the one who had guided her through the darkness... was Rayan Srivastav.

Her brother's closest friend.

The only person she trusted.

Footsteps echoed behind her.

"Planning another war?" Rayan's voice came smoothly.

Yanshvi didn't turn immediately.

"You said revenge would bring peace," she replied quietly.

Rayan leaned against the wall, watching her with calculating eyes.

"And it will," he said. "Once the Malhotras fall."

Finally she turned toward him.

"You're sure about what happened that night?" she asked suddenly.

For a brief moment, something dark flickered across Rayan's face.

But it disappeared instantly.

"I was there," he replied calmly. "I saw what Ekarsh did."

Silence filled the room.

Yanshvi looked back at the photograph.

Then slowly... she nodded.

"Then tomorrow we begin."

Meanwhile, a black car stopped near an empty riverside road outside the city.

Ekarsh stepped out and immediately saw Rudraksh standing near the railing.

The streetlights cast long shadows around him.

"Rudraksh," Ekarsh called. "What's going on?"

Rudraksh turned.

For a moment neither of them spoke.

Their friendship carried years of loyalty... and secrets.

"You shouldn't underestimate Yanshvi," Rudraksh finally said.

Ekarsh frowned.

"Since when do you defend her?"

"I'm not defending her," Rudraksh replied sharply. "I'm warning you."

Ekarsh walked closer.

"Then tell me what's really happening."

Rudraksh looked out toward the dark river.p

"She's gathering allies. Other families.

Investors.

Politicians."

Ekarsh's jaw tightened.

"So she wants a war."

"Yes."

"And you're helping her?" Ekarsh asked quietly.

Rudraksh's expression darkened.

"I'm trying to stop things from getting worse."

Ekarsh scoffed softly.

"You've always had a strange way of doing that."

Before Rudraksh could respond, Ekarsh added,

"You know she believes I killed her family."

Rudraksh's eyes flickered.

"I know."

"And you're still standing beside her."

A heavy silence fell between them.

Finally Rudraksh spoke.

"Because I don't think she's the real enemy."

Ekarsh froze.

"What does that mean?"

But Rudraksh shook his head.

"I don't have proof yet."

Ekarsh stared at him.

For the first time in years, doubt crept into his mind.

"What are you hiding from me, Rudraksh?"

Rudraksh didn't answer.

Instead he said something that made Ekarsh's blood run cold.

"Be careful of Rayan Srivastav."

Ekarsh frowned.

"Yanshvi's brother's friend?"

"Yes."

Rudraksh's voice was low.

"That man isn't who he pretends to be."

At the Malhotra estate, Aryta Malhotra stood on the balcony outside her room.

The night sky stretched endlessly above her.

But her thoughts were far from peaceful.

She kept remembering the look in Rudraksh's eyes the last time they spoke.

Something was troubling him deeply.

And somehow... she knew Yanshvi was involved.

Aryta had grown up hearing about the Singhanias.

Powerful.

Ruthless.

Enemies.

Yet something about Yanshvi's story didn't feel right.

Her phone buzzed suddenly.

It was a message from Ekarsh.

Stay inside tonight. Don't go anywhere.

Aryta frowned.

Why?

The reply came instantly.

Just trust me.

Her heart began to race.

Something big was coming.

She could feel it.

Back at the Singhania mansion, Yanshvi stood in front of a large window overlooking the city.

Tomorrow everything would change.

The Malhotras would fall.

Ekarsh Malhotra would finally pay.

But somewhere deep in her heart... a strange feeling stirred.

A feeling she refused to acknowledge.

Because hatred had been the only thing keeping her alive.

Behind her, Rayan watched silently.

And a slow smile spread across his face.

Because if his plan

worked...

Not only would the Malhotras fall.

But everyone would.

Far away, thunder rolled softly across the sky.

The storm had just begun.

And none of them knew the truth that was about to destroy everything they believed in .
